fuel gauge going crazy

Axle/Gears: 3.73
fuel gauge going crazy
i was driving and started to see my fuel gauge going to F and E back and forth. can any on help me find out why.

It is probley in your sending unit in the tank but i have seen the gauge do that sometimes. Very rare. Someone Help to remeber if this is right there is a Block of foam in the tank that can come apart allowing the fuel to slosh
