Torque plate honing

My Question is about torque plate honing. Is it worth it in a 5.7. I know residual horsepower is still horse power. But i dont want to waste money. Two local engine builders disagree with one another. One for it and of coarse one against it.

Re: Torque plate honing

Torque plate honing shouldn't cost much extra, if at all. It's not an additional step, it only takes a few minutes to bolt the torque plate on before the block is honed normally.
