Distributor recurve question

.......Hey guys. It's that time of year again! Just finished putting some roller rockers on and a distributor recurve kit. Question is, what kind of lube should be used under the advance weights? I used dielectric grease, but it seems sticky and the weights don't want to snap back all the way. Or should any lube be used at all? Other wise the distributor is in excellent shape. Thanks ...........Zapr.

Re: Distributor recurve question

A "dry" lubricant like graphite would be best. You'll want to get all of the dielectric grease out of there.
