well after i installed my new trans the car runs like **** whenit primes the fuel pressure flickers everywere then it will runthen theguage drops to 0 and runs for a minute then dies. Only thing i did was take thetrans out and it has open shorty headers and wont hold pressure.

 

I would probably check to make sure that none other the fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay were damaged accidently, thats weird!!!
