Engine: LSX (swapping)
Transmission: 4L60E (swapping)
Axle/Gears: 2.73 Posi 10 Bolt
Head Bolts TTY?
Just wondering if the head bolts on my 305 are torque to yield or can I reuse them?

nope, you're good to go. I'd recommend you buy some washers though, helps with the clamp load. Mr gasket, I forget the part #, but they're like $4.

It says I am supposed to use sealer on the head bolts, should I? And what kind of sealer do they mean?

The head bolt holes are drilled through into the coolant jackets around the cylinders, so sealant must be used. Liquid teflon works.
