Need injector size for 406

Car: 92 Z28 Camaro
Engine: 350 TPI : Supercharged
Transmission: TH700R4
Need injector size for 406
Most of the guys I see on the web are running ford motorsport 30lbs for 383 and 406 small blocks, and 24lbs for 350s. I have been told by a few that the ford 38lb or delphi 42s would work for me. I only want to buy once. My engine is a 400 bored .030 and is going to use the Holley stealth ram,AFR 195 heads, Comp XFI 280 cam,Scat rotating assembly with 6'' rods. Please help me with some injectors that I wont have to change for being too small once I dyno the thing for a chip burn. Thanks for any help.

38's should be fine, although I thought 36's were the common ford size. 38's should handle 520hp at the crank. 42's if you're in the 570hp range.
