Here's my goal
I currently have a 1996 LT1 engine sitting in my garage begging to be ripped open.
My goal is to create a N/A 400 HP at the wheel, completly tunable third gen. I'd like to retain the current heads, ported and polished and intake manifold ported and polished, with the same block. The engine also needs to be able to withstand being procharged or blown in the future, without the exploding effect. Must run of pump gas, and be feasable to drive on street, ignoring gas prices of coarse.
Can it be done? How do i do it? What else does the car need to withstand that power? Help me build this car. Keep in mind a decent budget, while not building a ticking time bomb.
