what heads with this combo???

would this be any good to get, street/ strip car, also what would be a good set of heads to go with this?

if its a stockish l98.. get an hsr. then the tfs 195's and an xfi grind. if you want to still use that package. i stand by the tfs heads or if u wnt to spent some green... afr's.

it is going onto a crate 350, it already comes with a cam

I wouldn't bother with that combo. Vacuum secondary carb (yuck), very non-specific about the cam and intake. Just put the good parts together yourself.
What "crate 350" are we talking about here?
Take a look at this: http://www.sdparts.com/product/SD806...RPMAirGap.aspx . Good heads, put a good cam in (something like a Comp XE27x-28x-ish), Holley 750 DP - that would be a good street/strip combo (with accompanying torque converter, of course).

Since you're replacing the heads & cam anyway, just start with a shortblock. The L31 would be a good choice, better than that Goodwrench block for sure.
And, frankly, I wouldn't use any of the stuff you listed, with the possible exception of the intake, but that wouldn't work with the heads I suggested.

i don't have enough money for a completely new block and everything, i am just tryin to find a god topend to put on that isn't a lot of money
