91 lb9 heads vs 84 l69 heads

of the two what set would be a better choice to keep on a motor?...this is nothing fancy...just so i can drive the car

The set that is in the best condition, along with which is easier to bolt everything else you have for it onto. If you have perimeter valve covers, the 416's. If you have '87-up intake, the 081's. Etc., etc., etc.
