10-40 oil with nitrous???
is this a fine weight for my car with my 100 wet shot of nitrous and what spark plugs would i use too?

The oil should be fine.
Drop a heat range or 2 cooler on the plugs, and use the non-extended-nose version; instead of R45TS, use R43T or R44T for example.

No doubt you can get them in NGK.
I have no clue whether that's a suitable # or not. You could try crossing those AC numbers.
