block years and fuel pumps

What year did they stop machining 305s and 350s for mechanical pumps?

I am thinking it was about the same time as 1 piece rear seal. I know my block has no fuel pump provisions. It is from a 95 truck.

I've got the "880" casting 4-bolt main roller cam Vortec 350 block from my 1998 G1500 Express that is machined for a fuel pump and came with a factory installed block-off plate. I also have a "638" casting 4-bolt main roller cam block from a 1993 G20 Van that had fuel pump provisions as well and a factory installed block-off plate. I have seen other blocks of the same era totally without provision though, some have the boss though. The holes are completly ommited though.
