Just got a great deal on Bowtie heads, need help
Hey guys, someone I work with that does alot of hot rodding had some heads for me to use for my 350. He just sold me some steel bowtie heads off a track car. Pre-87, 2.02/1.60 valves (titanium), seven angle valve job, beehive (double) springs, titanium retainers, ported, and milled .070 i believe. Complete heads, now I just need some rockers for them. He also has a 4-bolt main marine block hes gonna give me for a cracked block I have because he was just using it as a dummy block for fabrication. So now all I really need is a crank, still deciding on wether I should go forged or cast steel 350 or 400 crank? Plus I recently bought a TPI unit (MAF) that came with everything and I'm curious if the TPI will be able to feed these heads. He said that these heads on the previous motor were making around 650 HP but they are now refreshed with everything new on them. He also has some Diamond pistons and rods that hes had stashed away for a long time that he never used. Theyre forged and the rods are cutout in the middle for lightweight. He said that style was used in Nascar and dirt track racing. This is my first engine build ever, I'm curious if I should use the TPI or go carb? Should I go more for a stock bottom end considering this is a daily driver? I'm unexperienced with power but I'm trying to build the most stout motor I can without breaking something or having to work on something. Let me know what you think guys. Thanks for any suggestions.
Forgot to mention: the combustion chamber is 55cc with flat top pistons. Those pistons are flat tops with valve reliefs. 12.1.1 compression ratio.

Compression is too high
The rods + pistons will need to be balanced with the crank.
Whats the casting number on the heads?
