Starter problems

I have a '86 IROC-Z and it won't start. I turned it off to wait and then went to restart it and nothing happened. We had to replace the starter and still wouldn't turn over. All of the wires are connected and im getting power to the lights windows, etc. Please help because I need this running by next week.

Re: Starter problems

Check all your wiring again. There may even be a fuse or relay in your fuse box (not sure on that).

If you're sure everything's hooked up, just take 12 volts directly to the solenoid on the starter. See if she goes.
