The check engine light will not come on in my car. Im looking through my service manual and it says one of the things to check is the 20amp battery fuse. Where is this fuse, in the fuse block?

 

Logical place to start, would be to change out the bulb.

 

what would casue the engine light not to come on i have change the bulb several time and changed the connector for the bulb too it did not work need help what is this fuse this other guy was talking about theonly fuse i know if is under the dash by the steering wheel were the fuse box is is there another please advis thanks
