replacing "check engine" light bulb?

i have a 91 firebird that seems to have a burned out or unplugged engine light. are they easy to get to to replace? i need it to work in order to retake an emissions test. all of the other dash lights work, just not the check engine one.

you need to take the guage pod out, you may have a cable driven speedo, so be careful when you do. the bulbs just twist out of the back side of the pod.

up noticed its a bird, you have an electric speedo, no cable.
