SORRY I READ IT WRONG ITS NOT......
I have an 83 trans am with the lg4 and i checked the rearend and it has 3.23 gears non posi...... so i was looking around on this sight and from the home page and if you go to 83 firebird the specs show that a trans am with an auto and 3.23 gears is an g92 option... is this true???

check the RPO decal under the console lid, if there is a G92 listed then yes you have one otherwise its probably either a swap or special order.
