people with teh nos kit need ur help

i bought a car that had the nos kit already installed. it has this problem that the throttle body doesnt clost all the way (a hair shy) because of the nitrous plate. throttle cable a litlle too short. is anyone else with the same kit have the same problems??? wat can i do???????
