New motor oil leak from the head

I have finally driving my car. I have a couple of small leaks here and there and I have had to replace my intake gaskets twice and reseal my sending unit already. I have now noticed a oil leak and it look like its coming from the head on the drivers side on the back of the motor. Is this possible ? I have no signs of oil in coolant or coolant in the oil. I have looked and felt the back of the intake manifold and the valve cover and they are both dry.

Re: New motor oil leak from the head

Probably not; but there IS a plug at the end of an oil passage, under the back end of the head, about half-exposed. Could be that.

The plug is in the block, not the heads.

Re: New motor oil leak from the head

i will have to check that out tonight. I bet that will be a nice pain in the @ss to get to and see if its leaking. Also the leak dosent start right away when I start the car. Iwas checking it last night and the car has to warm up to about 150 or 160 until the leak pops up.
