Take one belt off, start it up; if the squeal goes away, that was the belt and/or component that was causing it. If the squeal is still there, take the next belt off, start it up, etc.

Re: cold engine squeal!!
New belts, but are they tight? If they are too loose, they'll squeal, even brand new.
If the squealing stops after everything warms up, I bet heat expansion is tightening them, and making the rubber of the offending belt, have tighter grip.

Re: cold engine squeal!!
If you can't turn the alternator pulley without a lot of effort, replace the alternator before it causes problems. I've not had much luck with rebuilt units so I just replaced a rebuilt unit with a sticky pulley with a new duralast gold one from Autozone. Gonna try and see if a new unit works out better than a 3rd rebuilt one.
All your pulleys should move relatively freely. Well, except the crankshaft pulley. If that moved freely you'd have a dead car on your hands...
The alternator pulley I just replaced was showing signs of dying other than the pulley being sticky/having a light scraping sound when turning it by hand. It was outputing a lil bit under specs unlike when it was "new". The new unit now keeps the gauge where it should be.
Also, if you have a smog/air pump, those pulleys tend to go too. My last one was making a godawful racket, but still worked. Once I replaced it... again... The engine bay was worlds quieter. I've found the noisest and least reliable pulleys/units on my car to be the alternator and the smog pump. On two different 1991 TAs I've replaced the alternator 5-6 times. The 1st time under the original factory warranty with maybe 25,000 miles on the car. The rebuilt smog pumps are a crap shoot. Original lasted 15 years, and I'm on my 3rd rebuilt unit in 3 years now. Easy to replace at least.

Re: cold engine squeal!!
mine did the same thing, if i had the lights on and the heater going there'd be too much draw on the alternator and the resistance would make the belt squeal until it was warm. now i just don't drive it when it's cold out :/
wasn't an option at the time tho.
