They don't have PS return hose at the moment at the local auto store. Can I use fuel line hose? Its 3/8" hose.

 

Sure, there is no real pressure on the return hose. I have ran for many years with regular fuel line hose as a return line. Just make sure you cut the length right and make sure you have enough hose to cover engine flex but not so much that it rubs on things.
