Head Help!

I everyone. I have a 85 TPI. I have a Voodoo 250 cam. I will be running a 2400 stall with 3.23 gears. I am looking at heads for my 305. I am trying to decide between the S/R torquer 305 and the Trick Flow 56cc heads. The Torquer has 170cc runners with 58cc com. chambers and Trick Flow has 175cc with 56cc com. chambers. Then we have iron vs alum. The thing that I dont understan is the heat crossover. Will I have to do any mods to use any one of these heads? If so what. My computer will remain stock. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

S/R's? No modifications required (basic port clean-up highly recommended).

Trick Flow? No heat cross-over. The only thing that wouldn't work is EGR. You'll probably have to take that out of the PROM.

Re: Head Help!

So I guess the World S/R 305 heads would be better for my set up. Thanks for the help. Do you think the Voodoo 250 cam that I ordered will work real good for my daily driver?

It isn't listed as computer compatible, but it isn't that radical, and has a computer-friendly 112 LSA.

Did you get lifters with it?

Re: Head Help!

Yeah I got the lifters with it. Yeah I thought the 112LSA would have been a little better for the computer than the 110 LSA of Comp Cams.
