Hard Start

My Trans Am won't start right up. Why would it take about 20-30 seconds of cranking before it does?

Check your fuel pressure and make sure you have good spark.

You need to focus on your one thread in the carb board and figure out your choke settings. Chances are it's WAY off, and maybe your acc pump is leaking and/or the float bowl leaks.
A carb rebuild may be in order, then set it all up right and you should be fine.
