Transmission: 5-Speed and Automatic
Axle/Gears: no idea
oil pressure help
what should be my oil pressure be?
with just the igniton on?
then at fully warmed up engine at idle?

With just the ignition on and engine not running? Zero.
Engine warmed up and idling, 10 psi is sufficient, 15-20 isn't uncommon.

wow..my warm idle (in all cars i've seen) seems to be able 10-15psi per 1k rpms...course my car went to 60psi by 3k

Yes, that's a standard.
The oil pump in the IROC is a HV, but the spring presssure is reduced. I use a manual gauge located near the engine.
Don't know why my S-10 is just as high, but I don't think it's a problem.
