Re: wow 35 miles to the gallon
I am sure they had a medium. "In most cases, nothing will happen; however, there is always the chance that the magnet could erase your data." Science is just that, SCIENCE "is the effort to understand, or to understand better, how nature works, with observable physical evidence as the basis of that understanding. It is done through observation of phenomena, and/or through experimentation that tries to simulate events under controlled conditions. It incorporates the philosophies of naturalism and employs reasoning."

I think it's funny that you mention 150-250mpg being possible with patents out there. You would think a tree hugger would build one in his backyard and post it online

I think Mythbusters said last night a soda can't explode in your car, I have proof otherwise in the form of a sticky mess.

Re: wow 35 miles to the gallon
Oh, it'll work, to a point.
The problem with all of these ideas, is that it takes at LEAST as much energy input as you'll ever hope to get out. Ergo, lots of battery drain !
Then, the efficiency of the engine is only on the order of 27% or so, so you're only gonna get 1/4 of what you put into it at best.
Then, H burns MUCH faster than gasoline, so you'd need to retard timing to no more than zero degrees advance, and various other changes.
It's an old, but dangerous idea. NO SMOKING !

Re: wow 35 miles to the gallon
and as for the soda in a hot car, we had a nice stain in the floor of our old motorhome from where a 6 pack of soda went kabloom in the Alabama heat, i dont think there is enough tests in some of mythbusters stuff
there are plenty of things like that for the diesel market http://www.fitchfuelcatalyst.com makes a good product for big rigs that i have seen proven results, and also has a gas market out there

Yep. The site says 1978 Camaro Runs on Water but the picture is actually of a dirty truck or van (looked worse last night)
Anyway, would like to see the one in the Camaro.

Re: wow 35 miles to the gallon
Funny how royslsbry made such a short post documenting his information eh? Hmmm..
Uh huh.....
I also wear a tinfoil hat so THE MAN can't read my thoughts. We all know the "corporations" and the "government" are after us. They WANT us to be living in the stone-age wasting our dwindling resources. Down with the man!!!!

Uh huh.....
back in the day a guy in flordia invented a carb, or a something for a carb that would make a car get unheard of MPG and still have power, but the wonderfull people at ford bought him out and probably burned the patent for it

Since there has been no return to answer the reasonable questions, it's time for Mr.
