I just got back from the speed shop and was talking to the guy and he told me the my crankshaft (cast iron #14088526), and connecting rods won't hold up to the shot I want to put on my motor. Which is 200 shot. He said it will hold up for a few times and than it will just not be able to anymore. What do you think i could get for them. They are from a SBC 350 block number 10243880. Thanks

Rods $10-15
Pistons $0

 

I wouldnt pay a Dime for that crank in the condition its in.

All it's good for, is a core.

Core charge = $20-25ish
