What do I need to do to take off polution pump????

I have an 85' IROC-Z Z-28 with a 305 cc carb and i wana take off the polution pump and all the emissions crap. i am eventually going to be doing an engine swap but dnt have th time or money right now.i would app. any help or advice. and im new to the whole forum thing so let me know if i posted this in the wrong area or did sumthing wrong Thnks.

Then you need to answer why you want to take the federally required emissions equipment off your car? Is this a street vehicle or a race car?
