How to drop insurance/registration for really long term storage (PA)
How to drop insurance/registration for really long term storage (PA)
Im going to be storing the car in a garage for the next 5-10 years and of course don't want to pay for insurance and registration fees or have someone come after me because its not being inspected. I had a lot of trouble finding any information on the web and dmv site about this. What do I need to do?

As said, just let registration expire and leave comp only (fire & theft) coverage on car. I'm a Metlife agent and I do this with my TA every winter. Costs around $ 10/yr for the coverage, as long as there is a 2nd car that is still being driven on the policy.
