need spark plug help

what is the gap for spark plugs in a 3.1l V6? and what is the torque that they should be tightened to? and what do you guys recomend for spark plugs which ones are the best?

I've started using bosch platinum +2's which are pre-set. I Think regular plugs are .045, but I don't remember for sure. The manual always has all the specs you will ever need. And i have never used a torque wrench on a spark plug... just make sure it's tight and don't break it.
