stripped head bolt.. HELP!

Hey guys, this isnt a thirdgen question but advice will be appreciated.

My brother has a Eclipse, and the head bolts are 10MM allen heads, i got 9 out of 10 out. The last one is completely stripped. We drilled a hole in the top of the bolt, and got an easy out and attempted that.. obviously it wasnt strong enough to break the torque, as it snapped in the bolt. If i drill the bolt again.. whats my best bet to get it out?

I cant grind it off, its OHC and the valvetrain is in the way.. yes the cams are out of the head but there is still no work room. Is there a heavy duty screw extractor in existence, or some other way of doing this?

Is the EZ-out broken flush to the floor of the allen hex hole?
If not, you will have to take a dermel tool with a small stone to grind the EZ-out down so the 10mm allen bit will fit back completely down in the stripped head.
A stripped allen head bolt is easy to get out, if you know how.
You will need a punch (round shaft) the same OD as the OD of the allen head of the bolt.
Hold this 1/4" above the bolt head with vice-grips and hit it hard with a 32 oz hammer.
Repeat this a lot.
This does 2 things. It loosens the bolt by shock loading the head and threads of the bolt. It collapses the allen head so the stripped hex is now smaller than 10MM.
Beat the **** out of the bolt until you have to drive the 10MM bit into the now "too-tight" hole.
Use pure torque (two hands on the breaker bar, not one) and the bolt will unscrew.

Okay, well i we took a dremel to it a while back and its to worn down theres no way ill ever get a allen chuck back in the head of it.. and there is no dremel tip i can find that is long enough and slim enough to get in there to finish grinding it down without hitting the springs.

You my good sir - are screwed. Sorry
I'm not sure what room you have to work with, but I think you need to grind the head off the bolt, remove the head, then you'll have some shank to grab with a pipe wrench, and you can twist it out. Die grinder with carbide burr perhaps? Use lots of plastic bags to keep shavings out of the engine.
