Vacuum Connection for Air Vents

I am getting no suction for my air vent control. I have pulled apart a fitting in the air lines that is behind the glovebox, and get no suction on any hose.

Where do these lines run in the engine compartment? Where do they connect to the manifold?

Anybody have any info?

You do realize a '95 Camaro is a 4th gen, not a 3rd gen. . .
