Where to buy 1pc rear main seal housing??
I am building up my shortblock and realized it didnt come with the rear main seal housing so i stripped the old L98 rear main housing off and will use it for this block i guess
However i had a guy wanting to buy my old L98 shortblock setup and would like to have a rear main seal housing/rear crank cover for that block. I have looked everywhere including GM parts direct and they no longer have it listed
GM part number is 14088557. Does a LT1 cover work from 93-97? I would think not but i know LT1's are similar to sbc gen I motors, and GM still sells that part 14088556 i think it is
Any ideas??? I cant find them anywhere
