Heads on a 305?
I have a 91 camaro with a Lo3. Is it possible to put heads with 2.02/1.60 valves on it or will they hit the cylinder walls? Any info would be appreciated.

They won't hit the cylinder wall until very high lift, but they won't be of any performance benefit.

Define high lift for me; what kinda numbers you talking, and how much does head gasket selection affect the choice? And does it actually hit the cylinder block, or is it more safety for stock pistons?

Something in the .60" lift range. Head gaskets would only make a difference in the .025" or so with a thicker gasket giving you that much more before hitting the top of the block.
You could machine eyebrows in the block if you really wanted to go beyond that lift. They did it with BBC's.
