Manley valve stem seals 187 heads

Which Manley valve stem seals will work on 187 heads? TBI engine

or

Whats the Guide size? LMK. I plan on using these to replace the felpros that arent working. They are leaking and I have more blue smoke than before

Those seals are a press fit on the guides correct?

Thanks!

I want valve stem seals that work. Felpros dont work. It burns more oil than it did before. Much more oil.

Kevin91Z works for Manley. You might send him a message. He posts on the SoCal board.

Or buy some from GM. They aren't expensive.

Re: Manley valve stem seals 187 heads

I was also thinking about using the seals that came on LT1s. Im sure they would work.

The GM seals are expensive! $50 for all 16. Then again this would be using the Intake seals on the exhaust, I dont know how that would work out.

It SUCKS this thing is smoking. I shoulda left it as is. Maybe I can get refunded for these felpros.

You need to get stock seals. The stock head valve guides are .430", I think. Aftermarket heads are .500" or .530".
