i know a redundent question. Does anyone still make the spacers to give correct bolt angle to put an 86 down intake on 87 up centerbolt heads? ive been searching and cant find em., looking to get the weiand xcelerator intake.

There must be somebody... I couldn't find one at a glance here. Maybe try spot facing it to true it up? (ie counter bore).

I've never seen a spacer. I've just always seen people mod the intake.

I believe we're thinking about the cheap intakes that are sold to fit either style. They have a big hole and a dowel to allow either angle bolt pattern, you just stick in a different dowel.

i got a few pm's on this. i did find some spacers. wieand makes them for thier supercharger kits. imo.. just drill the intake. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...8&autoview=sku

$76 for 4 bolts, 4 washers & 4 aluminum wedges????

Nice $70 profit!

I used to run a CNC mill....Those wedges would be SIMPLE to make! And quick!

oh yeah they are rediculous. i think i would buy them, then have a shop copy the slope and send them back for a refund. i ended up just drilling the intake
