What are the differances between an intake with a satin finish and with a cast finish?
And can either one rust?

'Cast' is just the natural aluminum look, and 'satin' is well.... half-polished, more or less. Aluminum doesn't rust, but it can corrode still. Its really almost a non issue though, if you are talking purely cosmetics. It takes time with aluminum, unlike iron/steel.
