Do 3rd Gen V6s have any potential?
I've been thinking about doing a Tuner Camaro. I want it to be a turbo v6 and I haven't decided on whether it will be bottle fed. Do the stock 3rd Gen V6s have any potential? I'm not very familiar with V6 engines so help would be appreciated.
Also what kind of numbers does that Buick Turbo V6 make? The ones in the GNX Regal. I don't know much about them but I heard they're monsters.

I wouldn't bother with a power adder on a 2.8l V6. The 3.1l was an improved design and can handle more abuse.
Check the 1989 Firebird information from the thirdgen.org homepage. The TTA, while not exactly the same as the turbo Regal, was the highest HP rated 3rd gen.

define abuse. 
If I remember correctly, the stock bottom end of the 3.1L can handle a few psi from a turbo.
The 3.1L have some decent potential. Someone from the V6 forum should chime in, or you can just check out the V6 forum for some ideas.

Abuse, Power adders and Nitrous.
