No I don't think those's will fit.
I am pretty sure a LS1 is completely different from a old 350

Not a chance. Thats kinda like trying to put a small block chevy head on a Honduh 4 banger. LS block is totally different from a classic chevy block.

But then again........somebody DID put LS1 heads on a Ford 351.

Its not impossible, but for what it would cost... better to forget that idea.

Re: ls1 heads on an old 350?

ls1 motors are really great motors, but take advantage of your old school design my friend. You can get better flowing heads for less. AFR heads are really good. They did a test on a stock 5.0 mustang, they through on some afr heads and just with the heads it made 100hp. i don't recal the valve sizes or anything but they are among the best heads. or you can go super cheap with a pair of vortec heads that will give you 40hp, and when combined with a bigger cam and intake 60-70hp isn't unreasonable.

It's not possible, already explored the idea... totally different design... nothing from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen motors are interchangeable.

Except roller lifters and crank bearings.
