ok,guys help me b4 i start replacing ****.doing an engine swap.replaced the dist cap also. i havent started the new motor but when i turn it too run the tach is reqading 7000 or pegged.it doesnt go down or even move if you turn it off.its just stuck at 7000.i dont thinkit will make a difference if i start it.i think it should be 0 with key off?? anyideas? could it be a coincidence the tach went bad during the time i was swapping engines?the tach worked b4 just fine.everything but the cap is the same.help ne obi wan
