This is also one case where an analog voltmeter is the best... It alows you to visually see the voltage progress and watch for any spikes or dips.

Its fixed!!!!!! Ok ul all probably be like wtf ur a noob but idc i bet itd be the same for other people too. He it is it was the fuel pump. And yes i did change the fuel pump earlier i chekd opressure on the first one and it was low. so i got a new one it chekd fine then it started then ran bad again. so we went bak to the NEW pump and it was running low....? so we got another pump and it runs fine. Turns out the first one was defective

I fixd my car it was the fuel pump. the first one i installed was new but defective so i put another on and boom it was fixd. btw cutting ur cats off ur thirdgen sounds freekin amazing. my car has no cats its straight pipes and muffler and it sounds twice as good as before

Wrong, the sensors all run with 5 VDC, at idle, the TPS should show .51 to .53 VDC. At wide open throttle it should have a full 5 volts, and when you run it to full throttle, it should increase evenly (no jerking or jumping) And the TPS on these cars is not adjustable, but in earlier years they were. Check the TPS and IAC... the TPS will keep it from starting if it is bad, but mostly these develop a spot in the center that stops responding. The IAC is the most likely culprit. Get your hands on a digital scanner and watch the readout for the sensors. That will point you to the problem.
