Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Gas tank swap
I have a 89 IROC 305 TPI. Small gas leak from around the base of the filler neck, anyway few guys have offered up more solid tanks for sale, my question is will it be an exact swap? One was from a 91 305 car and the other a 87 305 car. Will eaither be a exact swap for the one in my 89?

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
The tank should be the same, will certainly mount the same. If the '91 is a TBI, you'll need to change the pump.
