Power steering leak?
I'm noticing oil/fluid spatter all over the engine compartment and on my belts. Apparently it;s getting on the belts and slinging everywhere. This just started yesterday. When the car is cold it doesn't do it, but after it warms up for a minute I can feel the spatter start hitting my face (if I'm standing next to it with the hood up). Power steering fluid level is normal, but like I said this just started. There are no drips under the car. The spatter looks brownish, but the PS fluid in the reservior looks that way too. My oil is clean (changed yesterday). Anybody else have this problem? I'm thinking the seals on the PS pump are shot.
Sigh, problems problems

i've used it and the stuff works. its a little heavier than normal power steering fluid and it has stop leak in it. they say guaranteed to stop the leak in 2 bottles worth but i went through 3 bottles before it completely stopped the leak. started using it about 2 years ago and no problems to this day. make sure you drain as much of the old fluid as possible before putting the stop leak in (works better that way). and keep in mind, this will only work on small leaks. obviously, if there's a huge hole in one of the lines or a seal is completely rotted away, it won't work.
OR you could just replace the pump and hoses if you have the time and money.

Re: Power steering leak?
Strange that a large PS leak occured out of nowhere, the day after you changed your engine oil...?
Any other work done lately?
I'd want to be sure it was PS fluid, before fixing anything there. Seems like it's wet everywhere, and you aren't sure where it's leaking from yet?
Go to a carwash and hit the front of the engine. Then see where its leaking from after (if you think the car will make it, otherwise use a garden hose...)
