Did any 3rd gen come with Aluminum heads from GM?
I keep getting ask this question or told they did but I believe they did not.
Maybe if they went to an aftermarket company after GM built them.

No factory aluminum heads on thirdgens.

113 heads from vette's are common swaps, and LT1 engines have AL heads (the complete engine is a common swap). But nope, nothing factory.
