Engine oiling question?
Tonight when I went to adjust the valve lash I noticed one rocker had pretty much a river of oil flowing down it. I assume this is not normal? It was the number 2 intake. Also when setting the valve lash on it it did not seem to get as tight as the rest even though I set it the same way. What would cause this? I just redid the top of the motor with a cam, new heads, lifters, pushrods, crane gold 1.5's, headers, etc.
The engine has a tick that I can't figure out. I have adjusted the rockers twice. I am thinking its either a header leak or a rod
It is most noticable between 1300rpm and 2500rpm and gives me knock counts. It is consistent with engine rpms also.
Anyway if you can make sense of all this..any help would be appreciated.

One lifter? Unless you took the intake off, you couldn't have been able to see a lifter. Do you mean a rocker?
