TBI TO CARB

Just finished with your article for tbi to carb swap works great. But one problem .When I disconnect the ECM fuse the car will not crank over. nothing notta zip.what is going on here? Will everything still be ok if i just leave it kike this or are there some parts in the computer still trying to control stuff.
