Need starter crossover info
I need a starter.
I put a reman truck block with a 168 tooth flexplate in one of my firebirds. Will a starter from a firebird fit it or do I have to get a truck starter?
My mini starter works with spacers but it's not meshing correctly. It screams like it's missing the plate or just not fully disengaging after engine start. It did that in a different firebird as well so it could be that my mini is bad.
