hello i have a camaro rs 89 5.0 tbi and i have been having a code 54 for like 2 months i replaced the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump it self i taught that was goin to fix it but it didnt i heard that it had to do with low volatge to the pump can it be the wires or is it the ECM can anyone please help me thanks

 

since u replaced all the parts, is it still acting up or just throwing the code?

u may need to reset the ecm. which involves either removing the ECM fuse or disconnecting power from the system for 20 mins (i think)
