Here is my story boys... i'm at a loss..
I had an issue with my starter since i put in my new motor.. after it crapped out i installed a new one and shimmed it properly.. it starts no problem now.. but my issue now is that after the inital cold start when the engine is warm the starter sounds like its grinding against the flexplate. the flexplate is brand new, starter and is shimmed properly. i do not know what is the issue? should i look into changing the flexplate?
it still starts just with a LOUD clunk and grind... any help would be greatly appreciated
