yet another problem

i was driving the car back from school, i had driven it there and back just for a quick run seeing as how the car hadnt been driven in acouple weeks, so when i was getting back it drove great, it clunks hard when i put it in drive because of my tranny mount being bad, or could it be the torque arm bushing thats bad? but yeah i was about to park it when it started bogging down and turned off on me, i tried to turn it back on, but it just turns on for a little while and then turns off, and then i tried again and it just cranks but never fires up, i have been led to believe that its the ignition coil. i have fuel, but im not sure about spark. i changed all the wires, the distributor cap, and rotor. also the car didnt overheat at all while driving, the temp gauge was about halfway up the whole time, never reached the red. anyone have any ideas? with the electrical gremlins and the turning off, this car is becoming a handful.

oh and its an 86 camaro iroc-z with a 305 TPI recently fixed things are

rebuilt tranny with corvette servo
fuel filter
oil filter and oil was changed acouple months ago but hasnt been driven 3000 miles

headers
3inch downpipe and exhaust
hooker muffler

like i said it has a bad mount or bushing.

any help is appreciated
