Can sluggish EGR cause idle changes?

I can not find any vaccuum leaks on my L98 TPI. I do know that the EGR is starting to fail. I also have a problem with my idle occasionally changing from 700rpm to 900rpm. Could the EGR cause this during cold or warm start-up?? Nitro-Nicky

Re: Can sluggish EGR cause idle changes?

Bad EGR could cause alot of strange problems. Bad idle, shaking.
So have it pressure tested and see how it is. Or change it if you are sure its on the way out.
