AC removal

Hey Guys,

I want to remove my Air Condition because itīs broken and I wont use it anymore.

So my question is, when I remove the compressor the belt is much too long.
Can somebody tell me how long the belt has to be when not using the AC.
Or has somebody a car without AC and can tell me the right length of the belt???

Thanks Rob

Re: AC removal

you dont need to replace the belt, but if you want to i think the length of belt you need is 44"ish, but i would double check that. I've been running mine for 2+ months without the A/C belt and never had a belt slip, but the only reason I didn't replace the belt was because napa didn't have one the correct length.
